SIDA-ENTREPRISES provides members with a methodology for each step of the programme by:
1. defining the scope of the programme (beneficiaries, target areas…);
2. preparing a state of play outside the enterprise before the start of the programme (prevalence, legislation, actors…) and inside the enterprise ("Knowledge, Attitude and Practices" study);
3. identifying partners (NGOs, centres where AIDS tests are carried-out, health-care centres);
4. developing an Action Plan and a budget;
5. carrying-out activities;
6. monitoring and evaluation.
In order to provide support to member enterprises during the whole process, SIDA-ENTREPRISES provides a set of tools at headquarters’ level in France but also, of course, via subsidiaries in Africa.
